handle over 12,000 referrals annually. They have
immediate access to thousands of independent HME
suppliers in North America.
How to use Freedom
LinkSM
When a patient notifies
you that they’ll be traveling, call Freedom Link. They
can make arrangements for their home medical equipment
and/or respirator needs at each stop on their itinerary.
If your patient should
have an emergency, 24 hour a day assistance is available
by calling 800-642-6065.
Freedom LinkSM
also offers “wallet cards” for your traveling
patients.
