Who are these people? The local independent grocer, hardware store owner, lawn and garden centre, and home medical equipment and supplies store. Most people don’t realize it but there is a local store that supplies wheelchairs, oxygen, bathroom safety equipment and other home care supplies. Unfortunately, like other industries, large national/multinational companies are challenging these business owners. That’s where we come in.

We’re VGM Group Services, and through our affiliation with VGM & Associates, we form the largest association of home medical equipment, oxygen and supplies dealers in North America. Our member locations are over 4,000 strong with more than 120 locations across Canada. Our members are part of the HOMELINK Canada^® network.

With one phone call, it is possible to make arrangements for oxygen and other medical equipment virtually anywhere in North America. In addition, there is a toll-free number answered 24 hours a day should a client have an equipment emergency while traveling. These calls will be directed to a VGM/VGM Group Services equipment provider for help with the problem.

VGM Group Services Financial: We offer financing programs for our members to purchase equipment and supplies from our participating manufacturers/distributors.

HOMELINK^®: Offers our members a uniform marketing tool that informs everyone concerned that while they are an independent business owner, they are part of an association that helps to keep them competitive and is working constantly to meet the needs of the changing health care environment in Canada. VGM Group Services works with its members to pursue governmental and private sector contracts to provide equipment and supplies in the local, provincial or national marketplace.

In addition, we supply our members with telecommunications and creative business services such as Internet website design/hosting, logo/brochure design, and printing services.
