Canadian HME Leader of the Year Award

Previously known as the Woman of the Year Award, VGM Canada is proud to introduce the Canadian HME Leader of the Year Award—now with no restrictions on who can be nominated. This annual award seeks to recognize outstanding individuals in the HME industry who have made increasingly significant contributions throughout their careers to their company, community, and the home medical equipment or mobility industry.
Nominations for the Canadian HME Leader of the Year Award are open to all professionals in the HME or mobility industry, regardless of title or position. Eligible nominees include suppliers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, manufacturers, and other professionals dedicated to advancing the industry.

With more than 24 years in the mobility equipment industry and nine years in leadership, Stacey is driven by a commitment to helping people live more accessible lives. She currently serves as Regional Manager at Motion, supporting sales, service, and operations at the company’s largest location, where she has led a transformation focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and a people-centered culture. She is passionate about supporting long-term care communities, mentoring future professionals, and developing emerging leaders. Her work has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including the Canadian HME Leader of the Year Award.
